About my approach
I work with people in the space between coping and crisis — those who sense stress is affecting them but don’t feel aligned with medical or diagnostic pathways.
My approach is not therapy and does not replace medical care. Instead, it offers early, body-based support to restore balance, build capacity, and reduce the likelihood of burnout.
I value steadiness, clarity, and respect for each person’s pace. There’s no fixing here — just support for the body’s natural ability to regulate and recover.
